There just aren’t words to describe this degree of excellence; I’m completely blown away. Across all domains, Ms. Benanti’s work consistently raises the bar, and this project is no exception. With this album, Ms. Benanti further demonstrates the versatility, unparalleled emotive power, personality, and incredible talent for which she is known! Further transparency… Have I been excited (and impatiently waiting) for this album since she first mentioned recording back in December? Yes, that is accurate. Has this album exceeded my wildest and supremely high expectations? Umm, no... more like SHATTERED THE CEILING!! Get the picture? Good on ya… Go! Now! Get this album!
