Really good meatballs! Good sauce, but not enough to cover the...ROTINI! Did the Swedes use rotini? Did you always, or do I remember regular normal noodles? Oops, or were those in Smart Ones? Whichever, I think they're great meatballs, smooth texture and no ghastly gristle! More sauce please, and......see moreof the reviewer's review

The package changed some but the food was just as good as i remember. I now get them a few times a month and alway...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have been eating the Swedish Meatball meal for years and have loved it. What has happened to the gravy? It has always been thick and tasty. The last one I had the gravy was so watered down that it barely had any color and definitely no taste at all. In the past I would have recommended it to othe...see moreof the reviewer's review

It's been years since I've had lean cuisines but I'm trying to cut back on eating out for lunch so I grabbed 10 various flavors of lean cuisine. This was by far one of the best ones I've tried. Cooked it exactly as written and ate every bit of it. I will buy this again for sure!see moreof the reviewer's review

I just started eating Lean Cuisine entrees and this is already a favorite! The meatballs and noodles are very filling. I eat this with a slice of 35 calorie bread and it's a great meal!see moreof the reviewer's review

I have always loved the Swedish Meatballs, they were one of my favorites. But along with many of the other recipe changes, this one is not nearly as good as is used to be! The sauce on the noodles tastes like it is heavy on sour cream or something, it used to be much better. The meatballs were still...see moreof the reviewer's review
