A: UPDATE: Our Flexible LED Light Strip has 16 color modes. It is UBS powered and comes with a remote.

Q: These lights are WAY too easily triggered. How can I adjust it? They were like strobe lights going on by breathing in bed.
A: Hi WisteriaSky233....to avoid nuisance triggering, the sensor should be directed away from heat sources, such as air conditioners, vents or other lighting sources. They are more sensitive in cold weather than warm weather as well.

Q: I bought it 3 days ago but i couldnt use it bcs i dont understan how can i use it. could you help? i have 4 AAA batteries and i used all of them but there is still no light or anything else.
A: Hi Aybike, thank you for your question. This product has two modes of operation. First is On, lights will stay powered on at all times, right position is steady on. The other mode is motion detection. Lights will turn on in a dark environment when motion is detected. After approximately 60 seconds of no motion detected, the lights will automatically turn off. Q: Hi, can you tell me which switch is the “motion” one please? I’m assuming the middle one right? Because my lights are not at all motion activated. They only work in the “on” switch. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. How sensitive is the motion?

Q: I have these lights but can only get them to stay on for about 10 seconds with motion, or stay on all the time. How do I switch it to 60 seconds.
A: Hello, Thank you for your question. If you slide the remote switch to the left it is in motion detection and should stay on for 60 seconds. The middle is off and the right is steady on; if your LED strip is not working properly, please contact us at support@westandarrow.com. Thank you.

Q: Does it change different colors or only white
A: Hi, thank you for your question. This LED strip light is just white, however, we do sell a flexible LED light strip that is colored and white. This LED strip is remote controlled and has a white mode, plus 7 color changing modes I.e. Flashing, strobe, fade, smooth etc. This product is also sold on Target's website. Q: I just purchased these and want to put them up, but this strip does NOT have any "scissors" marking where I can cut the excess off. Where can I cut it so I don't ruin them?

There should be scissor markings indicating where to cut; they are very tiny scissors, so you may want to use a magnify glass if you have less than perfect vision.
