I got this out of desperation. It helped relieve the clogged ducts I was experiencing HOWEVER it also gave my 3 month old horrible stomach issues. Excessive amounts of smelly green poops. This is the only change in my diet so I know this supplement is responsible for the change in his bowel movements.

I had a clogged duct for 3 days . I tried everything !! I was sure it would turn into mastitis . I was skeptical about Sunflower Lechtin but I took one pill in the evening and my clogged duct was clear in the morning . It started getting clogged the next day, I took another pill and it’s now stayed away for good. I am so thankful to have found this product !

Breastfeeding was hard .. but my clogged duct was even harder to deal with.. I tried warm compresses/ shower.. hand expressing… warm water and epson salts… I would be in pain and did anything for hopefully the pain would eventually stop… Keep in mind that it doesn’t work immediately… it takes time.. but be CONSISTENT! Take pills with you if you need to work or if you are out for long periods of time … but IT WILL GET BETTER . I noticed that once I stopped taking it or once a day.. the pains did come back again.. but as soon as i start taking it consistently .. the pains go away and I start feeling better . ( not engorged and Milk flows easier ) I did noticed in the beginning my milk supply did drop and my milk was more “watery” But I didn’t have an issues supplementing formula if needed . If that’s an issue for you … just be aware it might happen ! It could of just been because of my stress or the fact that my milk was clogged . After almost finishing the 60 ct bottle … I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel… and I am supplementing less formula and my milk supply is getting back to normal! 10/10 would recommend

This helped me not get clogged when I was coming off breastfeeding. Wish I had know about it earlier.

Room for 48 hours and my supply tanked. Makes milk watery to unclog ducts, which is understandable but I wish someone had told that to me before purchasing. My baby was born small and gaining weight is crucial and after taking this he lost weight. Stopping immediately and praying my supply comes back up.

I haven’t experienced a clogged duct yet but I’ve been getting a few milk blebs here and there and this helped clear them out. I did not notice a dip in supply like others have noticed (knock on wood). I will not be using this as a daily maintenance, only on an as needed basis only

Yes it helps with pains from clogged ducts and to not have them. (Remember that your milk has important fatty acids) The BIG HIT OR MISS I suppose is trying it yourself because for me—it certainly decreased my milk supply by a few oz. I tested the theory a week on and a day off; since for some it increases. I stopped taking it for one day and bam! My milk was back! I needed the extra ounces for my baby so I can’t afford to take it. This is a great product IF you’re willing to test it.

I exclusively breastfeed but am currently on a five day work trip away from my 5 month old baby. I've been pumping in place of feedings but working around meetings had made it hard to do it right on time. Two days in and I noticed one side being really painful and I definitely had a clogged duct - tried pumping to relieve but nothing was coming out. I picked these up from target and within 24 hours felt SO much relief and was able to pump normally again. Literally have no idea what I would have done without these and am super grateful they worked so well.

This helped relieve clogs quickly, which was fantastic, but unfortunately, my baby seemed to have an upset stomach and became very fussy after I had taken them. She began spitting up like she never had before and was going to the bathroom nonstop. She is generally pretty easy going but cried nonstop (presumably from her belly hurting?) until we started giving her milk from my back stock that pumped before I used the supplement. Definitely recommend to relieve clogged ducts though as this was just my experience with my baby

I cannot live without these supplements while EBF! I will literally get a clogged milk duct if I forget to take them for a few days! So, I was travelling and completely forgot them, and I was so happy to know Target carries this brand because I had it delivered same day!

Works very well to prevent clogs but as others noted, it tanks your supply. I regret using this as my clogs were manageable before and it wasn’t worth decreasing my supply so much that I cannot keep up with my child.

Great for clogs, helps for easier let down. I take 1-2/day for prevention

They work very well, increased my milk amount per pump. The pills are on the larger size but they are easily swallowable.

This worked for me. The moment I felt a clogged duct or even saw a bleb I took these and worked it out and was much better! I don’t take them repeatedly but do at the onset of a duct pain! I was skeptical but now I’m a believer!

I'm not sure why I continuously get clogged ducts but this is the only thing that helps. I tried the massager, hot compress, cold compress, hot shower, nothing worked! These work every time and resolve it in less than a day each time.

After two days of adding in this product along with other home remedies I was able to clear a large blocked duct. I haven't had a clogged duct since. Very thankful for this product.

So I just recently starting sleeping through the night without pumping or nursing my 3 month old baby girl. It started accidentally because I didn’t necessarily mean to go 8 hours without doing either, it’s just that my baby ended up surprising me by sleeping through the night! At first I found that I woke up extremely engorged and in lots of pain from being so full. I did some research and saw this LM sunflower lecithin supplement and decided to give it a try. Boy, this stuff is literally fabulous! This is my second bottle and it’s helped me prevent mastitis and pain from going such long stretches without nursing or pumping. I found what works best for me to prevent clogs/ mastitis is to just pop one of these every night before bed. Then, in the morning, I pump and it’s like nothing ever changed! Yay to that and all of my newfound sleep! These babies allow me to get some sleep without fretting that I’ll be clogged in the morning. I’ve definitely noticed too that they really help with milk flow. It comes out much faster and stronger when taking these. Fun fact: I actually ended up running out of these recently and felt terrible! Tons of pain and verged brutal engorgement to the point of feeling like I was getting mastitis! Absolutely horrible! So I just made a pit stop to Target today for these and they saved me once again! Definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to go longer periods between nursing/ pumping or anyone who just needs a little help with flow! Also, just wanted to mention one other thing about these. So I have read other reviews about women saying that these helped increase the amount of fat in their milk but I didn’t. For me personally, there was no real change in that department. That was never a reason I bought these anyways so for me, these are amazing! Also, no unwanted side effects either! Overall, absolutely LOVE these and if you’re questioning buying them, just do it! You won’t be disappointed!
