After two days of adding in this product along with other home remedies I was able to clear a large blocked duct. I haven't had a clogged duct since. Very thankful for this product.

So I just recently starting sleeping through the night without pumping or nursing my 3 month old baby girl. It started accidentally because I didn’t necessarily mean to go 8 hours without doing either, it’s just that my baby ended up surprising me by sleeping through the night! At first I found that I woke up extremely engorged and in lots of pain from being so full. I did some research and saw this LM sunflower lecithin supplement and decided to give it a try. Boy, this stuff is literally fabulous! This is my second bottle and it’s helped me prevent mastitis and pain from going such long stretches without nursing or pumping. I found what works best for me to prevent clogs/ mastitis is to just pop one of these every night before bed. Then, in the morning, I pump and it’s like nothing ever changed! Yay to that and all of my newfound sleep! These babies allow me to get some sleep without fretting that I’ll be clogged in the morning. I’ve definitely noticed too that they really help with milk flow. It comes out much faster and stronger when taking these. Fun fact: I actually ended up running out of these recently and felt terrible! Tons of pain and verged brutal engorgement to the point of feeling like I was getting mastitis! Absolutely horrible! So I just made a pit stop to Target today for these and they saved me once again! Definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to go longer periods between nursing/ pumping or anyone who just needs a little help with flow! Also, just wanted to mention one other thing about these. So I have read other reviews about women saying that these helped increase the amount of fat in their milk but I didn’t. For me personally, there was no real change in that department. That was never a reason I bought these anyways so for me, these are amazing! Also, no unwanted side effects either! Overall, absolutely LOVE these and if you’re questioning buying them, just do it! You won’t be disappointed!

Giving 3 starts specifically because it helped with clogged ducts exactly as it’s supposed to. However, I had to stop taking it. I already have low supply and it lowered it more. I barely pumped an ounce per session and it diminished by half. Not only that, my baby became super irritable and made her gassy and spit up more.

Does just what it is supposed to do - reduces clogged ducts. Really the reason I buy this brand over any other brand is that it doesn't have a gross aftertaste.

This works like a charm!! Very helpful when you can’t make it to the doctor quickly. Had mastitis three times and it worked every time!

I was waking up with breast pain all night and was so uncomfortable. And was only getting about 1/5 of the milk of my other breast when pumping. This relieved the pain and pressure within 24 hrs.

Definitely works for clogged ducts. I was in so much pain before taking these. After taking only 2 I felt relief. Definitely recommend.

I’m not 100% certain this product caused me to break out in hives BUT it’s the only new thing I’ve added to my daily routine. I only took one capsule for 2 days and unfortunately had to stop.

Swear by these! I have had 2 clogs so far and it was when I wasn’t taking these. If you are prone to clogs- try this out!

After suffering with clogs and mastitis multiple times, this product saved me! I take it 4 times a day and it helped to prevent any additional clogs while getting rid of my other clogs. No side effects either! Definitely consider this if you plan on breastfeeding or pumping!

Took care of the clogged duct issue, however I also noticed a decrease in supply.

I had mastitis at 4 weeks postpartum and I started taking these as a daily maintenance to help with my clogged milk ducts. They have helped tremendously!! If you have mastitis or have clogged ducts you need this now!

Beware! Supplement gave my newborn terrible diarrhea that took over a week to resolve after I discontinued the pills. The fine print does mention potential allergic reactions but does not specify that adverse reactions may happen to the breastfeeding child. While it did help with my clogged ducts, it was absolutely not worth what my baby had to endure.

I subtracted 2 stars because I noticed an immediate dip in my supply since Day 1 taking it. Works for helping with clogged ducts, took me several hours and max dose though for bigger ones . I’ll likely continue other methods first and use this as last resort.

RECOMMEND!!!! Had my second baby and I’ve never experienced Clogged Milk Duct and these pills helped A LOT. Literally a live safer for me. Within the next 10 minutes after taking the pill my milk started to flow and it was such a relief. Definitely definitely recommend!! 10/10 helped a lot !

These helped me loosen and prevent clogs but they are HUGE pills. I usually struggle with pills but I was some how able to swallow these, maybe bc of the gel coating? But they are super big.

It made my supply tank, I started taking it and within a day I had no supply. I could barely get anything out, and couldn’t get it back.

I have had a horrible clog (actually several) for three weeks. It's been especially bad this past week with the entire top and left side of my breast being hard and tender. I took this supplement ONCE and the clogs are gone two hours later. I truly cannot believe it. So thankful to have found this product!

There is a BIG reason why I bought the 200 count. because it's a great deal and I use these DAILY!!
