about this item

Construct a detailed LEGO® brick model of the world-famous Trevi Fountain, the largest fountain in Rome. Designed by Nicola Salvi, the Fontana di Trevi took 30 years to build and was completed by his friend the sculptor, Pietro Bracci in 1762, 11 years after Salvis death. This stunning Baroque monument carved from Travertine stone has been the backdrop for many classic movies, including Federico Fellinis La Dolce Vita. And, today, over 250 years later, the 49-meter-wide fountain still draws thousands of visitors to the small Trevi square. The intricate LEGO model of this iconic symbol of Rome incorporates features such as the façade of the Palazzo Poli, the statues of Ocean, Abundance and Health, plus translucent blue water-effect LEGO bricks. This LEGO® Architecture Landmark Series interpretation of the Trevi Fountain was designed by artist Rok galin Kobe in close collaboration with the LEGO design team.

I am a very big fan of the Lego Architecture series and I bought the Trevi Fountain to add to my collection. It is a good set, although it was not my favorite product to build. Compared to other sets, this product has a lot more, smaller pieces and it takes a long time to put them all together. I...  see moreof herrbuilder's review

I'll be honest, this build resulted longer and tougher than I though. Very detailed set with *lots* of blue water bricks. Nevertheless, the resulting fountain is beautiful and a nice addition to any collection. I even showed to a friend that actually visited Trevi Fountain and she recognized it imme...  see moreof Arbus's review

I had purchased this Architecture set today as a gift to myself. I was excited at first to build it! But as the time went on, I had found it to be very detail-oriented. The water took quite a bit of time to put together, and at one point, it was starting to hurt my fingers. I tunnel visioned to fini...  see moreof mandee150's review

Only complain is horses are too big. Maybe the fountain should be 10% bigger, or horses should be smaller. My fingers hurts a little because of pushing all pieces together. Overall, pretty final product.  see moreof CacaoVega's review

With a price-to-piece ratio of less than $0.07/piece, this set is a steal! The representations of the statues at the real Trevi Fountain are fun and creative, and I'm a sucker for transparent LEGO pieces (which this set has a lot of). The set, as a whole, looks great, and it is one of my favorites f...  see moreof BrettCuv's review
