Build and explore the iconic U.S. Capitol Building with this amazing LEGO Architecture kit. It brings focus to the building's neoclassical facade, steps & lawns. It is finished with a decorative 'U.S. Capitol' nameplate. Access the interior of the rotunda by removing the dome, and witness the National Statuary Hall with its columns and statues. The set makes for a great display anywhere, be it in a home or office.
It is slightly wider than a 15.6 inches laptop, which a perfect size to decor. It is not hard as long as to follow the step. I finished the 1900 pieces rocket in 6 hours, and this won't be long. I can't wait to see more real life objects in lego!! it is a great experience with good finished look. and i truely hope there could be some larger one, which means more details, like a 3000, or 5000 pieces? like a 8000 pieces to make The Palace Museum in Beijing??

We're glad you're enjoying your set! If you're looking for larger, more detailed takes on some of the world's greatest landmarks, take a peek at our Creator Expert theme.
This is the second kit I've ever built. It took me the better part of a day to complete it. We bought it because my wife is a history teacher and we thought it would be a good compliment to her classroom. My only disappointment was that there were no U.S. flags for the roof.
Loved the finished product, been building a few pieces from the collection. I added lights to make it look a bit different. Easy to build and instructions were spot on. Did not come across any problems while building. Will be looking for something else to build now.

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my 6 year old who loves legos. Didn’t dissappoint. He had it put together in about 4 hours. He was very happy! This would be great for various age ranges, not just kids. Looks nice on his bookshelf.
This set is very cool! I rate this the best LEGO Architecture set so far. Even if there are more pieces in the Statue of Liberty, I think this one is better. Hopefully LEGO makes a Beijing, Rockefeller Center, or even better, a new Trevi Fountain set.
