It is a cool looking plane but the hook doesn't look very sturdy. when you are building the plane you have to tie the hook to a string and it is a little difficult to do. however it still looks cool.

Instead of me writing this my brother wrote this: It was a pretty good set. If you are thinking of buying it as a present for someone make sure they like orange because it is really orange. The set includes a snow buggy, a saber tooth tiger frozen in ice and the massive four propeller helicopter. The cool bit is the retractable hook that by the way hooks on the the saber tooth tiger. overall it is really good and orange. I would recommend this for a friend. :)

Fun Lego set - 11 months ago, Verified purchaser
Purchased this Lego set as a Christmas gift for my nephew. He seems to really like it. It was the first thing he wanted to play with after he opened all his presents. The pieces are pretty cool and the value is seems good for what you get.

Fun for a Lego enthusiast. It has some moving and interchangeable parts which makes it more interesting than basic LEGO sets. My 7 year old put it together fast with no issues so I’m not sure if it’s entertaining for a 12 year old (max age on box), but I guess it depends on the kids skill level. The only reason I took off a star is because I think LEGO in general is way overpriced.
