Bought this to decorate my baby daughter’s bedroom as she has a woodland theme. I did all three builds which were pretty straightforward but not boring to do. Loved the appearance of the squirrel and owl, my wife and did debate about whether the other build was a deer or a donkey though! The owl makes a wonderful display piece, was very fun to build and I imagine would have some playability for a child. I think it is also very good value for money for the amount of time I got out of the set building all three creations.

These delightful characters inspired my daughter to build (she did need more help than usual as some of the parts are quite fiddly and she’s younger than the recommended age), and then carry them all over the house and play with them. My one critique would be that some of the connections are a bit fragile for such robust play, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker: it’s just a chance for more building! I thought the purple would be a bit much for animals, but, no, it actually works, and it even adds to the charm.

All my kids have been enjoying the owl ever since they got it over a month ago. They even have a police chest piece from another set they gave it to switch it out. We built all 3 but ended on the owl which they really love more then any other. One issue I have is, I could buy 5 of this set but other 3 in 1 sets have a limit of 2 which makes no sense to me since they are 3 in 1 sets so please please for the love of brinks, at least make the limit 3. I am really looking forward to future sets coming soon and really hope they aren’t limited to 2 like the White Rabbit is unfortunately.

My son and I built the owl with the hedgehog reading a book. He only needed little help making this build, just putting the stickers and owl head on. It would've been even better if the owl was a realistic colour. But we did like the movable owl.

This is a really nice set. One thing which surprises me is that the purple color really fits well to the owl. The build is also a lot of fun, especially building the wings. I love animal sets so much, looking forward to more animal set coming soon.

It was very fun and different from the Legos I’m used to. The instructions are very clear along with illustrations. And it doesn’t take too long to do. We even took it all apart and started over again. I don’t suggest it for younger kids because of the smaller pieces.
