This set is a must-buy for any fan of Sirius Black. It is a beautiful display piece with a ton of play features inside. There's details from corner to corner making good use of the interior space. Some rooms have limited standing space for figures but that's to make space for the main play feature, which slides unit 12 in an out of units 11 and 13. You can recreate so many Harry Potter scenes with this set alone! I think it's a proper tribute to the Black family's home.

This has to be my favourite lego set of all time, worked overtime to get it and couldn’t be more grateful for it. It was a reasonably easy build however I was over the moon by the amount of details included, the black family tree, the Salazar Slytherin locket (regulus’ room), Sirius black’s bedroom with much Gryffindor merchandise adorned. The mini figures were fantastic though if I had any advice I personally think that Hermione, Ginny, Remus and Moody could have also been included in this set. Other characters could have been included as well (Mundungus, Arthur etc) although I was honestly surprised that these four were not. The Kreacher mini figure was fantastic however as was a new mould and a character I was more than happy to welcome into my collection. The moving feature of Grimmauld place is brilliant though be careful when opening it as it can be a bit brittle. In general I absolutely loved this set and have never been more excited for a release than this. Well done lego, 5/5 on the quality and idea of this set.

Since this was a present for someone who collects Harry Potter legos, I did not like the fact that the display box was taped with scotch tape indicating it had been opened previously. Unfortunately I wont know if all pieces are accounted for until they open it on Christmas.

This set really captures the essence of Grimmauld Place. The build doesn’t take long and is entertaining and interesting. The mechanism to slide out number 12 is smooth and sturdy and is a great play feature. The set is stable enough to lift it (from the bottom). The family tree is brilliant and although the interior is small, there’s just enough room for Harry and Sirius to look at the family tree. Lots of things to enjoy in this set (think I’ll have to build it again just to enjoy the experience).

This was the first Harry Potter lego set I purchased and I absolutely loved the set. All the mini-figures are awesome, especially Nymphadora Tonks. Since she is Metamorphmagus, they added a pig face and red hair for the details. I also loved the Black family tree. I just wish the price was cheaper.

I absolutely love this set! I had been hoping for several years for this design so when it was announced this year, I knew I had to have it! The build is very stable for transporting and the details are perfect!
