The LEGO Minecraft The Bedrock Adventures 21147 will make your cutie descend the ladders to the depths of the Minecraft overworld. Mining obsidian and 7 types of ore will be easy-peasy when your kiddo uses the diamond pickaxe or the TNT function. Playtime is going to be super-adventurous with caves, mines, water and lavafalls. LEGO Minecraft 21147 includes 2 Minifigures Steve and Alex for creative play and imaginative role play. Your little one will battle an array of hostile mobs, including a cave spider, zombie, creeper and silverfish that spawn when the mining begins.
It is great. It is really fun except the building is not that stable...when I have it in the tower form it keeps crashing down and breaking. I like building it back up again but I wish it wouldn't break so much. It is cool because it has a lot of special features like: the mob spawner, the silverfish stone, TNT that reveals emeralds and finally how the bat can hang from the roof. If you love Minecraft you'll love this set.
The second abandoned mine-shaft lego. With super cool effects like two silverfish hidden in a block, blue spider and it's spawner. The creeper could be charged. And their is a never before sign the danger! Sign. The lego could have more rails and a mine-cart. this was made February the 2
Would recommend this as a Christmas present. Has lots of features and many characters. Took about 3 hours to build. Love the silverfish function. You can easily take the different levels apart and build two other modules. Great set!!!
My son M. is 5 (going on 6) and was delighted to get this set from Santa for Christmas. He built it with very little help and guidance from parents (but he is a pretty experienced Lego builder for his age). Even when only the first element of the modular build was complete he was happily playing with it with his older cousins (also Minecraft fans). As a Lego and Minecraft fan myself I totally love the spider, and I love how you can reconfigure the levels in different ways, some not quite as the developers intended :) The different ores are ad-ore-able, I particularly like the obsidian - and I love the bit of abandoned mine level, and that so many layers are represented. Although the kit *is* expensive it was reasonably good value for money for a fan. I only wish it were cheaper so I could afford to buy more sets too.
