These shrek series mini figures are so cute. We got Gingy and Pinocchio. Easy to put together. My don’t put them together in I would say less than 1 min.

Perfect except 1 thing
I,ve bought the whole set now and I can say with confidence that this is one of my CMF series. Unfortunately, i did have the same problem as others with the cracked gingie head, i bought two and both were cracked.other than that one flaw, the series is perfect and i would defiantly recommend!!!

Lying to the public.
I see LEGO answering all the people who have posted about Gingy's Head, and how it cracks. They keep saying "Please reach out to us at LEGO.build/Service so we can help make this right." But this is an outright lie, because I have contacted them twice, and they have said "we can't do anything" both times. No ETA, no waiting list, no "we'll contact you when there is an answer," just "we don't know, maybe we will at some point in the future." That's not making it right. And posting these replies here leaves the impression that they are doing something about the issue, which is plainly not the case. The last rep threatened to hang up on me when I told them that just that day I had seen a post here, telling people to contact them. I told them that if they couldn't do anything about it, I considered their reply to be a lie. I know things have been going downhill at LEGO for years, but I still expected better.

What a shame...
Bought the Shrek minifigure, got the dragon. Sadly, it doesn't look very appealing. I then saw the others in the shop, and they don't look great either. They look clunky and awkward. What a shame. I would have expected a bit more thought in the design.

All perfect except the gingerbread
Everything was great except for the Gingerbread figure. The hole for the head is hexagonal, and I believe this design puts too much pressure on the piece, causing it to crack. At first, I thought I might have received a defective piece, so I purchased another one. Unfortunately, I experienced exactly the same issue with the second one as well. I believe this may be a design issue rather than an isolated defect, and I hope LEGO can look into it and consider improving this part in future releases.

I like the old packaging better because now you can literally get the same character over and over and in the other packaging you could feel around to see if it’s a character you may or may not have.

Poor quality
Poor quality control as I expected my Lego figure to withstand the pressure of being put together. There are noticeable cracks on the front and back of the head. Very disappointing

Head doesn’t fit
My boyfriend bought this as a gift for me because I love Shrek. I was excited to open it and put it together. I ended up getting Thelonious. When putting it together I realized his head does not attach to the body at all. His arms get in the way so his head is unable to stay on and constantly falls off. Also he can not hold his sign as pictured on the paper:(

Good but there's room for improvement
I got Princess Fiona as an ogre and Donkey. The LEGO minifigures are cute and well-made. However, I’m surprised they don’t have Donkey as a minifigure on its own, he’s literally one of the main characters. That’d be cool if they release a Series #2 of these Mystery Box Minifigures with slightly different characters or versions like human Shrek and human Fiona.

I know this might be part of the mystery, but I ordered online and got three of the exact same 😢. I’ve noticed that this is a problem when ordering collectible minifigs. All I’m saying is just be careful or order them separately.
