The Ducati Panigale V4 R Lego set is fun and challenging. Building this was an enjoyable experience. It took me around 6 hours to complete it. (rebuild off gear box added to time). The printed instructions and instructions on the LEGO builder app are only in 2d and in my experience made building the gearbox more difficult than needs be. If the Lego builder app had 3d instructions the build would have been a lot easier and more enjoyable. The finished product is very pleasing on the eye and worthy of displaying. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging Lego set.

It's a beautiful set with actual moving parts in it. When the rear tire moves, the chain and transmission parts move with 2 gear selections that correlate to piston movement speed. The transmission part of the build was the most time-consuming part of the build having to redo it a couple of times as pieces would shift while putting it together causing gear binding. The suspension works and my ferrets love to chase it around as I roll it across the floors

Had fun building this lego set, I really Like how the engine and chassis all fits together very smoothly. I got myself a case for this build, I’m thinking of getting the BMW bike.

This was an enjoyable build with lots of interesting mechanics I hadn't seen before. The bike is big yet perfectly sits on a shelf, not taking up too much space. Functionally, it's excellent and such a joy to (try) and play with. There is a slight miss with the stand where if you follow the instructions, the bike clearly tilts to one side and is prone to falling. You can easily fix it by rotating the piece holding the wheel in place - something to improve! Overall great value and beautiful model.

Missing 2 Parts!

At first I was skeptical but when I started, turns out there are lots of details in it. HOWEVER, I'm lacking 2 parts with the same exact number: Parts #4514553 for step 197 #1 - "Well, rebuild again!" I did, and coming back to the same 2 missing parts. I own 60+ Lego sets mostly from Star Wars, Technic, CUUSO, the rest are City and Speed Champions, but this is the first time I bumped into missing parts, 2 of it. Idk why but I guess factory defect are present even with a company as big as Lego. Planning on buying another set of this Panigale to see if there are more missing parts. I'm from Indonesia but they don't have it in the country list.

Looks like the Ducati had to do a pit stop. It's super easy to order free replacement parts, so you can continue your build. Race to LEGO.build/LEGO.build/BricksPieces-BV and we'll ship the parts to your address in Indonesia.

Building it was enjoyable but did not like the stand it came with. The bike is not stable enough to stand even with the attached stand.

I am a huge motorcycle fan, have most Lego motorbike sets. It’s a fun build and took what I consider to be the right amount of time to build for the price paid for it.

I was never really into technic sets because they're so obviously technic. It's an old grudge, but I'm getting over it now with sets like this. While still obviously technic, it looks amazing with the panels smoothing it out, and is the 2nd set I ever bought to put on a shelf. This was the first larger technic set I built, and I made some mistakes along the way that required a bunch of backtracking. That's just me and not the set, I assure you. I used to just buy technic sets for funky parts to make mechanical elements I could hide in more traditional builds, but this set changed that. What a time to love Lego!

This is a mindblowingly functional and accurate motorcycle, especially considering that it has only 646 pieces. The gearbox works great, I love the suspension, it has a good turning radius, and the removable side panels are a nice addition. And, even with a two-speed gearbox crammed in there, lego managed to make large, authentic, and light on stickers, all at a decent price-per-piece! The only major flaw is that if you so much as think about the motorcycle when it is on the paddock stand, it is likely to tip over, which is always a hassle. The paddock stand is in serious need of a redesign. Overall, this is a great set for all levels of builders. It is an easy enough but very enjoyable build, and the finished Ducati Panigale V4R is great all over.
