I got this as a present for my daughter's 13th birthday. She loves watching The Flintstones, and she is so happy that this set exists. TYSM LEGO for creating this! Without this, my daughter's 13th birthday would have been ruined.
Where is Pebbles Bamm-Bamm Dino Hoparoo? Also where is the elephant that gives Fred a shower? Where is the animal garbage disposal? Where is the crab lawnmower? Where is Barney's log car? Why did you update the house like it's 2020? Ridiculous! Way overpriced for what I received. Highly disappointed! The best part was the instruction book!
I build LEGO sets and then share them with my elementary school students. I played the intro and ending of the Flintstones cartoon so the kids would know what the set was all about. After I showed the set to them, they asked where Pebbles and BammBamm and Dino and the Sabre-toothed tiger were. Yeah, the set is cool, but would have been better with these “missing” figures.
Received as a gift and on opening the box looked good and I was excited to get building. However it only took about an hour and a half to build and wasn’t very challenging. As others have said it’s quite small and the lack of Dino is a big miss. Overall it’s a display set and if a fan of The Flintstones your like it but it’s a set that could have been a lot more.
