I’ve been taking ashwagandha gummies for months now and have tried several different brands, these being the most recent. They work just as well as the Goli ones and taste nearly identical. I think I prefer the Goli more though, as they don’t stick to my teeth like these do. If one isn’t available, I’ll definitely switch between the two.

All of these gummies are amazing! I’ve had lemme chill for a few days and they do work immediately. They don’t put me to sleep, but rather help me not feel so anxious throughout the day. There are so many vitamins and supplements these days, it’s very overwhelming and I never know what to try. I’ve had these gummies for 2 weeks now. They are delicious and I have no issues with tolerating them. I haven’t noticed a difference yet but I’m glad to continue using them for at least 12 weeks to give a full assessment. The only feedback I have is I’d ado you to improve the seal on the bottle. Something to allow for easy removal. I currently have to stab the seal to break it so I can remove it from the bottle.
