    Run away from these laptops.

    Slow and terrible. Purchased early so we would have them as grad gifts. Now that they are opened and trash- of course the return window is closed. These laptops are sooooo slow and worse performance that public school chromebooks. So disappointing. Don’t purchase these.

    Expensive for how annoying it has been

    This laptop has been the most frustrating thing to use. First off I dont like all the features they force you into such as one drive and bitlocker. It not only adds to a lot of bloat on my device but requires so many features to be connected to each other. I didn't need all these added features and it was pain to figure out how to remove them because it isn't always a simple opt out feature. This laptop is great if you don't trust the user to not click or download something malicious i.e. they are computer illiterate completely. But for someone like myself, the added "security" features just get in the way and I ended up just disabling most of them and using other programs I prefer.

    Missing charger

    The laptop itself seems fine so far. Ordered about a week 1/2 ago and part of the charging adapter is missing so I can’t charge it without going to purchase a new charger. It only has 1/2 of the charger. Since this item isn’t from target directly, the only thing Target can do is return the whole item. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning since the laptop is fine. I’ve been trying to reach pconline and they won’t return my call or answer. Disappointing & such an inconvenience.
