[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop performance is slower than I am used to. It does work good for gaming. I noticed there are a lot of glitches within the system itself. I have used my warranty several times while I've had the laptop. Now that it is out of warranty, I am concerned it will crash on me, and I will have to pay a tech company to fix it or reload the system. Window 11 is not very good and slows the system down. I only have access to pull Microsoft apps which are truly horrible. If you would allow Google apps on the platform it would be so much better. Microsoft apps and software have a ton of issues which cause the laptop to work harder. The battery life sucks, and literally sucks the battery life. I would expect the battery to last at least 5 years of consistent use. This one may last 2 maybe 3 years. I think you need to figure out a better battery or allow a removable lithium battery. You should really have a 3-year service warranty, the 1-year warranty does nothing for users. I gave it a 3-rating due to these issues and now would consider a tablet for apps. That I may purchase from Samsung considering they may be better overall. Although if Lenovo wants to send me a tablet, I would be more than happy to give it a try and give a review on the differences.

Lenovo has continued to impress me ever since I bought the L340. The laptop worked right out of the box, with no issues. Setup was quick, no annoying popups from apps. Love the RGB keyboard and the colorful display. So many connectivity options means I can get rid of the dock I used to use and plug everything into the computer directly, reducing clutter, and making life much easier. Don't know why I didn't just consider Lenovo initially when I was looking to upgrade from my L340, I would've saved so much time, money, and headaches. Lenovo has got a lifetime customer in me.

Only gripe is its 8 gb of ram which only allows you to play simulation games but that is easily fixed with a $75-$95 purchase of more ram which is why I didn't mind that much. 4 stars overall. The review will change if down the line something goes wrong.
