This is such a fun workout dvd! The time flies as you go through the workout! I love this video. I can do it in my apartment living room which is tiny. The one-mile walk is perfect for beginners or those who are larger, and takes only 20 minutes. You work up a sweat. I've only done the 3 mile workout, but it was great. It really felt like I was walking away the pounds. No complicated steps but also not boring.

I have a few of Leslie's workouts and this is my favorite. I bought 4 of this particular workout for friends and family as gifts for Christmas this year. We are all walkers, but live in cold weather states, so on days when we can't get out this workout is great.see moreof the reviewer's review

This is probably a good video for people who need moderate exercise. Very low key and decent. I only work up a sweat when doing the 4 mile section. Leslie is just lovely and genuine, and very easy to follow. She inspires you to keep going. . I always find myself moving physically closer to the scree...see moreof the reviewer's review

Oh My Gosh - I love this dvd! I am a fitness walker and this is great for indoor in the winter! She keeps you moving and you don't even realize it has been 2 miles when it ends. I love that there are 4 different workouts on this video plus a free resistance band. I was a little disappointed with the 4 mile walk not having anything "new" in it. I've used Walk Away the Pounds videos for years and the 4 mile walk was the most monotonous one I've done yet. I did enjoy the other...see moreof the reviewer's review
