Q: Can you use product with your phone when you have your phone in a leather case?

A: The device is best with an case that is less then 6mm. If the case does not any metal pieces and smaller than 6mm, the device will work for you. Any small pieces of metal even if it's not visible will cause an issue. Please ensure you never wireless charge with metal.
