Not as pictured or as described. NOT flat-head screws; NOT in a clear plastic tackle box, either. Now I have to go to the store to return and replace, which defeats the whole point of having delivered.

I had two screws break, once when tightening by hand and once with a driver. If this was an important project it would have ruined. Stay away from this brand entirely.

This product is not what is pictured, so I ended up getting the wrong screws. In the picture, they have flat heads, which is what I wanted, but I learned later that pan head screws are rounded. This was NOT the fault of the employee who put my order together, it is the fault of whoever chose this picture for the product.

As stated below, what is pictured on the website is countersunk head screws which is what I needed. I drilled large indents to sink the heads only to find the screws strip very easily. Fix it Target!

The photos provided for this product show a flat (countersunk) head. The product description is correct - these are pan head screws. It is a nice assortment. I can't speak to their quality since I haven't used any yet. (I needed flat head screws for my project.)
