Love, Love, Love this brand of Kefir. Just the right amount of sweetness and tart. My local grocery does not carry it but so glad that Target does.

Tastes spoiled. Tons of added sugar yet its bitter

I love the Lifeway Kefir plain. Apparently, everyone else does too, because it’s frequently sold out. When the plain kefir is sold out I will buy the raspberry for the probiotics, but I really don’t want the extra sugar and calories. Instead of buying 2 bottles of the plain kefir, I will buy one raspberry flavor just to tide me over until the plain kefir is back in stock. I wish Target would get its ordering more in line with customer preferences. Even the cashiers tell me that the plain flavor is the first to sell out. I deducted one star for frequently being out of stock on the plain kefir.

I like drinking yogurt, so I buy it often. But this time, when I picked it up, the case was so bloated that it looked like it was going to burst. It's still in the fridge, and it's still bloated. I shouldn't eat this, right?

If you suffer from heart burn or gastritis, this helps so much. Also perfect for the morning.

All these bad reviews are confusing me. This is Kefir people, not yogurt. It's supposed to be tangy/tart. It's fermented, lol.

Not for me, I do not like it; it tastes like watered down yogurt that's spoiled.

I love kefir I grew up on it. And this one is one of my favorites. People with the comments saying this is sour. They don’t understand kefir. It is supposed to be more on the sour side so it isn’t for everyone. Don’t listen to the reviews of spoiled. Clearly they have never had kefir and it shows. ;)

We love kefir drinks! We bought this Lifeway kefir first time and weren't disappointed. It had great taste and also it's not too sweet. We will buy this again!

I really wanted to like this product, especially as a fan of all things fruit. I was expecting something like a strawberry milk. However, this tasted like straight up spoiled milk!

Best probiotic. If you want to be regular and use the restroom daily, this stuff works amazing and comfortably. I drink 1/2 cup or so at night and the next morning i go and feel great, doesnt cause any cramps or gas or anything and im lactose intolerant but this works.
