How does anyone eat this? I had to spit it out, it was way to salty. You could hear the crunch of the salt in your mouth. Made my daughter and husband try it. They both spit it out and couldn’t get the taste out of their mouths. Maybe some bars were a bad bunch because there is no way someone could eat this.

Really good! There’s no real caramel in it like I expected, I guess way too hard to make caramel without sugar. It has nuggets of something that tastes like caramel in each little rectangle, which surprisingly is pretty good. I think the people who gave it bad reviews had a bad batch or something because I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell a significant difference between this an normal chocolate. I just started keto and this is a great option for those who want low carb/keto!

This was the most awful "chocolate" candy I have ever eaten. It is not sweet or creamy. It was waxy, dry, and did not melt in your mouth at all. It claims to be milk chocolate, but was more like baking chocolate and had an awful flavor. I thought it was just me, but my husband tasted it and asked if we had any real chocolate in the house. The aftertaste is absolutely horrible. I don't know how anyone could eat this stuff and claim to like it. My son bought me 2 bars as part of a gift. I actually want to return the other one and get a good Ghiradelli or Lindt chocolate bar the next time I make a Target run. Who returns candy? I may be the first person ever to do so.

The Taste is excellent. Now make it in a dark chocolate that is not intense dark chocolate. There are not enough choices of this brand in dark chocolate that is not intense dark chocolate. Way way way way way to expensive. And now the recipe must be reconfigured because this chocolate bar is now poisonous since it contains erythritol. Equivalent of eventual poisoning.

Was it creamy? sure, but that's about it. This just tastes like cocoa and the caramel flavor is nonexistant. I had 5 little pieces and I think I tasted one grain of salt. I went into this with low expectations but I did expect some flavor.

It is not that great tasting but if you’re on keto and you’re used to those kinds of substitute sugars it can be a good craving satisfier. But don’t expect it to taste just as good or smooth as chocolate with real sugar.
