Paper label falls apart

Lipton tea goes way back in my southern roots, but what’s up with the “new look” paper tags? After making my 4th pitcher of tea out of this box, all the paper labels have fallen apart, after only 2 minutes of boiling. I’m having to strain every pitcher I’ve made. Pictures are attached showing partic...see moreof the reviewer's review

Quality of product

I have been an avid tea drinker for over 30 years. Lipton has been my tea of choice. Due to what ever changes that have been made the product (it's sustainability) no longer holds up to a true tea drinkers expectations. True tea drinkers brew their tea. Most likely, cut backs, it has been deci...see moreof the reviewer's review

Great taste with one major flaw

4 out of 5 stars

Lipton 100% natural black tea bags are packaged nicely in a beautiful foil wrap which seems to keep the tea bags fresh, however, there is a flaw in the actual Lipton label on the tea bag. It appears as if the ink on the Lipton label actual flakes off when wet. This is a problem if you are used to ju...see moreof the reviewer's review

No more wasted paper or trees!

Thanks for stopping the process of individually wrapping tea bags, All of that wasted paper and for what? I love the 4 individual wrapped boxes of 25 bags in the 100 count boxes. I love opening the gold packs and smelling the aroma of the tea inside. We are big tea drinkers and we use up a 100 count...see moreof the reviewer's review

Floating tea leaves

My last 2 purchases of the 100 ct black tea bags, I found the tea leaves are escaping the bags. The leaves are floating in my cup. You changed the packaging, have you changed the tea bags also?see moreof the reviewer's review

Need better packaging

I often go on trips and am used to taking a few tea bags in my pocket or suitcase. Can't with current packaging. If I stuff these in a portfolio, their tags get impossibly tangled. Here's an idea: put the string inside the bag -- we can pull it out using the tag when we're ready to use it. This way ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Poor flavor

I have been a Lipton black tea drinker for 50 years. I’ve noticed for more than a year that the flavor has changed for the worse. It does not taste the same. It is bitter and practically tasteless. I have completely stopped drinking Lipton tea at this point. My mother even agrees with me now. She di...see moreof the reviewer's review

Flavor is gone!

I have used Lipton for as long as I can remember (55yr old now). I tried a different brand once that was on sale and came right back to Lipton for the flavor I know and love. Something is lost with new packaging or something else was changed at the same time. My tea doesn't taste like tea anymore....see moreof the reviewer's review
