Lipton states this tea has replaced Black Pearl. Black Pearl is irreplaceable and I loved its pyramid-shaped bag, but this tea will do. Thank you, Lipton.  see moreof Amy L's review

This tea for some reason seems very authentic to me - of the shelf. ( Very close to what I drank in the mountains of south India.) Every sip takes me to the Tea Slopes of the Western Ghats!!!!  see moreof Ben R's review

The tea has a very thick and velvety texture, and the taste is close to a breakfast tea, perhaps a little smoother -delicious! The caffeine content is high and the price is perfect for a student looking for a delicious pick-me-up! I bought several boxes already for the semester!  see moreof Vince1986's review
