Q: Soooooo how does the baby get into the hutch? Does it magically appear? Or does my sister have to go in and deliver it?

A: The guinea pig has a spot that begins to glow. you put it in the hutch and a light comes on. The babies fall out of the ceiling.

Q: hello, so when the babies are ready to deliver it makes this weird sound like the flap that opens to let them inside sounds stuck? and it doesn't open and nothing happens. how can we fix this?

Q: How long does it take for the Babies to be born?

A: Thank you for your question. The modes determine the speed in which the babies will arrive. In 'Normal Mode', baby 1 will arrive in 10 mins, baby 2 will arrived 10 hours after the first baby (over night) and baby 3 will arrive another 10 hours (over night) after baby 2 In 'Fast Mode', the babies will arrive in 10 minute increments. Baby 1 will arrive in 10 minutes, baby 2 will arrive 10 minutes after that and baby 3 will arrive 10 mins after baby 2. For my information, please contact us at info@moosetoys.com Many thanks

Toy was ok, but a bit expensive… also came with real live bugs in the fur. Manufacture kept asking for a photo, but I’m not going to stop and take a picture, I’m just going to kill the bugs. Tiny black things that wouldn’t show up in a photo anyway. I should have never even called the company

I bought two of these. I purchased a backup in case one didn’t work. (After reading online reviews this brand seems to be very unreliable!!!) Which is correct, within a few days the hatch stopped working properly on BOTH of them. We also purchased (2) of the dogs and (2) of the fish. None of the items worked properly. We ended up returning all 5 items. The dog couldn’t be returned because we missed the return window.

This is an adorable and pretty cool toy...my 7.5 year old daughter saved her pennies for it, and was so excited to get it home. The guinea pig it comes with is really cute, but the babies are even cuter! Waiting for the babies to be "born" was really fun...what a neat idea. The cage is really nice, and there is a handle for carrying. If your kiddo loves critters, definitely consider this one :)
