My daughter really wanted this toy, it really doesn't look as cute as the picture. She had fun washing it and putting on the clothes, she's 5 and was able to do it all by herself. I don't think it's worth it. Also there were no stickers in the box.

She’s never had anything with all them extra surprises in there so she when crazy. It was fun watching her get so excited! She couldn’t wait to get it home to play with it. She got to make a cute little bow tie collar for her puppy and clothes too. She had to call me and tell me all about what was in there and how much she loves her new puppy! Love them kind of calls!!

The toy comes with easy to follow instructions and tons of fun little surprises. The pet itself comes in a ball and you wash it with soft soap and warm water and it comes right to life! You brush it out and it becomes nice and fluffy! It was also a lot of fun finding out what animal they had since you don't know until you wash it. Another fun thing about this toys is getting to open up the fun accessories that come with it. It comes with a sewing machine, spools, clothes, stickers, and other little accessories. The sewing machine doesn't actually sew but my girls have loved pretending that it does! They also like that you can store things in the little drawers of the sewing machine. This toys had held up to hours of play and I definitely think it has been such a fun toy to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with this scruff-a-luv set. We've had older versions that didn't work as well, usually not looking cute after washing. The stuffed animal comes in a ball and you have to wash it with gentle soap. It does take awhile to fully dry. I chose not to use a hairdryer. The outfit comes in little draws that open with the same color sewing machine bobbin. In the box is the plush, glasses, a skirt, top and the sewing machine with accessories. You can actually put the clothing back in the sewing machine draws and reuse endless amounts of time. This would make a great gift.

My daughter loves the sewing machine even though it doesn't have any sewing functions. She has been asking for a sewing machine of her own and I love that this one has no parts she can injure herself with. She loves dressing up her animal with the included clothes and accessories. A great toy overall!

She now carries it around with her wherever she can. When it dries it is very soft. A little outfits that come with it are adorable. The instructions are very easy and straightforward to follow. It looks like a giant present , they really loved the packaging and it was fun to open the main box up and to find all of the smaller boxes inside looked like treasure boxes . You get one mystery pet , one play set with accessories, three mystery fashions , two styling accessories and two sticker sheets . First thing you take out is your pet which looks like a ball of fluff . Next your child gets to give it a little bath with warm water , dry it and style it . This comes with a little sewing machine that you can put the stickers on that or anywhere you want . The sewing machine is pretend but it’s super fun ! There are four different colored spools , each color corresponds to a matching fashion item that your pet can wear . Pick one , place it on the spindle and turn clockwise to reveal the fashion bundle . Each outfit will include three items , a head piece, a top and a bottom for your pet . My daughters had so much fun with this sad it was just ours an hours of endless fun and they were back at it the next day to !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before now, I had never heard of Little Live Pets. But when I saw this box and took a look at it, I knew I had to have it. I've always loved stuffed animals and sewing, so this is the perfect thing to keep me busy! Everything you need is inside the box, the instructions are incredibly easy to follow and my I had no issues in following them step by step. The kit includes a white sewing machine and stickers to decorate it, and inside the sewing machine you will discover all of the clothing to dress the fluffy creature with. I soaked the pet in water and in a matter of seconds the fluffy ball form it initially comes as changed into an incredibly cute puppy! After that, I dried it with a hair dryer and it puffed up! The next step is to use the sewing machine, and there are compartments in it to store all of the accessories for the pet such as a bracelet, stickers and clothes. This is an awesome toy product!

The sewing machine is a nice touch and adds nicely to the unboxing experience. When you get your animal, you don’t know what you are getting right away. Again, the whole unboxing is great, we had such a great time as a family during that whole process. We got a dog and it is very soft and cute. My girls loved brushing it’s hair with the included comb. I do wish the dog would have a little more stuffing in it, but it’s not too bad. The one thing I’m concerned about is the amount of time it will be played with. This toy feels like it will not have too long of a shelf life so to speak. There really isn’t much to do with the sewing machine after the unboxing as well. Don’t get me wrong, the toy is nice and is a decent quality toy overall, I am just not sure how much it will be played with in the days/weeks to come.

She cuts up tee shirts to make dresses or tie dyes them. im always looking for toys and activities for her that let her explore her fashion creativity but its a challenge because there isnt much out there for her age range. i thought this scruff-a-love Sew Surprise play set was something shed really enjoy playing with and she did! She got a little purple plush dog that gets fluffy in water and with combing and grooming. The cutest thing about it was a mini sewing machine that reveals three different outfits when you attach the three different color thread bobbins so she gets the feeling of using a sewing machine for the first time. There are also lots of fun surprises, accessories for her dog and sticker sheet to decorate her sewing machine. She loves her little plush dog and her sewing machine!

The end result is basically a stuffy that can be dressed up and pampered, but the process of getting there was well thought out. The stuffy is included as rolled up ball. In this instance a purple fuzz ball that had to be washed and dried. It plays into the pretend play idea for the toy. You should pay attention to the instructions for opening the box on the outside and inside the toy. It's prescriptive and a requires an adult to help younger children. Make sure your child doesn't tear right into it. The stuffy has to be washed and dried to be revealed and transform from a ball to a stuffy. The drying process slowed down the fun for my child. Otherwise this is a fun toy that she really loves and has taken everywhere with her for the past week.

She loves the beautiful purple color and the soft plush. Her favorite part is the grooming feature and what it does to the toy's hair. She is constantly "grooming" this and telling us all about it. Anything that makes her happy and that she clearly loves is a win in my book!
