Simple quiet toy that Rolls just enough for a baby at tummy time stage or maybe just walking. I dont think it’s supposed to go fast just encourage the child. Plus its cutesee moreof the reviewer's review

Same problem - it only rolls a little bit, sometimes. For a moment I thought about adding something to the back wheels to increase friction with the floor, like a rubber band or a thin layer of hot glue but then I remembered this is for a baby. It doesn't even roll. The wheels just skid underneath it. We've tried it on carpet, on hardwood, on the bed, even on top of a cardboard box. It. will. not. roll.
