Q: Is the handlebar supposed to move once fully assembled? I've tightened everything: the 2 legs, all the nuts at the bottom on the 2 legs, 2 handlebar screws, and the 2 red parts that lock handlebar.

We couldn’t even use it because we couldn’t even put it together. I had it about 90% built when I realized they sent the wrong parts. They sent 2 of the same handle bars and none of it was color coded like the directions had indicated. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one. Such a waste of time and money.

Kids seem to love it. The problem is you can tell it won’t last from the assembly. The top bar wouldn’t align with the screw holes. So from trying so hard, the screws are all stripped and won’t tighten. I’ll need to go find screws that will fit. Not worth the money.

Fell apart easily, handle bar was already wabbly after set up but we went with the flow. The foam is a choking harzard, so we removed it. Since our son is autistic he bites/chews on everything. We gave it to him Christmas day, and already 3 straps have broken for the actual trampoline part. I'm highly disappointed since I even checked that the weight limit was 55lbs. Our son is 38lbs, and he jumps in place, so we got this to help ease his stimming.

There was a tear on the trampoline when I opened the package. As others have mentioned, the handlebar has foam on it. If your child is a biter like mine the foam is a choking hazard. Unfortunately returning to the store tomorrow.

I just purchased this for my son. The tools used are not well made. My wrench stripped and broke and when using other tools the nuts were also stripping. The handle already came off and one of the legs didnt come ingraved with the spiral and would not go up and the tampoline is unbalanced and unsafe. Will be returning asap.
