Q: I bought this item thinking it would match picture's description but the ball, backboard, and rim are inflatable, while on the pictures the backboard and the rim are plastic and a casual rubber ball

This is the third Easy Score Basketball set I have purchased. I received it yesterday and saw the rim was cracked. Hopefully we can get a new rim, new basketball set, or get reimbursed.

Easy to assemble with common sense. Secure red rim in white backboard with a "POP" noise. Net might not stay on, but easy fix by looping and tightening strng. Great toddlers, adjustable for growing kids. Hours of fun for 27-month-old. Highly recommended.

I purchased for my 5 year old as a birthday gift- impossible for him to use- he needs the highest height but the plastic piece that holds it to that height doesn’t work at all. One side of the adjustable piece is totally flat. So disappointed!

It works fine. Rim is bent forward too far. But the colors are wrong. The backboard is gray and the post a dark blue. It is not they same colors as the photo on the box or on models I have seen before. I’m not sure why the colors changed but it should be explained.

We are sorry to hear of your experience. If you are referring to the rim with the net attached, we can help you! Please lay the basketball set down on the ground with the rim inserted in the backboard facing upwards. Very carefully, step on the right side of the backboard where the rim attaches to the backboard and you will hear a loud snap. Repeat the same process for the left side and when you hear a loud snap for each side the rim will be fully assembled and will no longer come out of the backboard. Easy and quick to assemble. Anyone who can’t put the net on the hoop didn’t read the instructions, it’s super easy! Perfect height for toddler (1.5 years) - loves it but plays sporadically.

So sorry to hear of your experience, but we can help! Please lay the basketball set down on the ground with the rim placed in the backboard facing upwards. Very carefully, step on the right side of the rim where it attaches to the backboard and you will hear a loud snap. Repeat this process for the left side and when you have heard 2 loud snaps the rim will be full assembled and will not fall out any longer.
