I read this book several times. It is only 120 pages long, but the twenty lessons are like having my own personal life coach. I keep it in my purse and have made notes to self. It is easy to understand and loaded with exercises and tips to make me worry less and live more. I'm giving it as a christm...see moreof the reviewer's review
