Picked this up recently and I love it. It's highly functional, lightweight and keeps my laptop from making my legs feel like lava. So may lap desks don't offer any actual leg room and instead offer a pillow cushion - which makes me sweat! So this is great. I bought this product thinking it looked nice and over all was decent. I got mine in a blue color. It looked nice other than some paint problems, which was probably just from being shipped to store. Ready to go and sturdy, I bought a dark grey tray table for my 17in laptop. I can not charge my laptop while on the table as the plug does not fit on the tray, if you have a smaller laptop it wouldn't be an issue.
