We’re approaching this goal holistically, by paying attention to all aspects of the product journey, including both our ingredients and packaging. For example, nearly 80% of our product portfolio is sold in bottles made from 100% recycled material and we aim to steadily increase this percentage. I messaged this company the last time they discontinued it and now here I am for the last time! I just sent like some mothers to purchase this product at the same time when they finally caught me at pick up and were demanding to know what I used for my daughters curls and I told them this is all I use and her curls just pop. We are low waste household and minimalists and this product just makes sense for us. It is difficult being loyal to a company that you have to repeatedly convince them you want to purchase from them. I think maybe I need to learn to make our own shampoo like this. So sad this company refuses to be reliable to me and my family but also to this community who purchases it. When profit exceeds customer I suppose so good luck with your company placing profits before people during no spend 2025!

I've tried many brands of shampoo and conditioner bars. This is the ONLY product that is a combined shampoo and conditioner bar that stands out and works best - it smells great, shape is adorable, and leaves my hair with a great texture that looks fresh. i swear by this brand and product. The combo of shampoo and conditioner is super convenient. Other brands of conditioner bars do not lather well. Finally I care a lot about sustainability, so not having to use plastic has been perfect. I was actually hoping Love Beauty and Planet would even expand this type of bar into many other scents. I am so sad to see it disappear and even contacted Unilever to express my disappointment to see it gone everywhere in the US.

This is the only cleanser that works for my daughter's wavy/curly hair-- it does not weigh her hair down and it is easy to use for children since 2-1 with conditioner. I love it too-- works on my hair just as well. I used to buy in bulk so I didn't run out. Finally used up our 10th bar-- and now poof gone nowhere can I find them. This happened as well with another natural company. You have to stop doing this to your customers and putting them on a yo-yo. How do you expect loyalty? You made an awesome product, now keep it!

I recently found this and now can’t find it in any stores!!! Super upsetting because now it’s the only thing I want to use on my hair, leaves it feeling squeaky, clean, and overall amazing. I’m usually super sensitive to smells, but this one is my favorite!

This is my first hair soap bar. Excited for a less plastic and more sustainable option. Based on the reviews, it seems to work for many people so I would encourage you to give it a try. For me, I found the bar left a waxy residue on the hair close to my scalp and the ends dry. Adding a conditioner or leave-in product helped with the dryness. Unfortunately, the residue has persisted for me. So I will continue with my search. Also note, the scent was very strong in the box but once in the shower it seemed more diluted.

I've used the bottle shampoo from this brand before, loved it, and had no issues at all. I gave this bar several tries and only applied at the scalp like I typically do with shampoos, but it seemed to strip the natural oils from my hair and sort of matted some sections of my hair to the point that I had a lot of trouble brushing through them, and the rough texture stayed even after brushing. I have a curl pattern so I typically don't brush my hair out of the shower, but I felt like I had to if I wanted to go out in public and not look like I had extremely dry knotted bunches of hair. I'm really not sure why my hair reacted this way, but I have normal to dry wavy hair for reference.

This product is hard for me to rate. It’s everything that it says it is. Love the minimal packaging. The heart shape is cute. However, for me the scent was too over powerful causing me to cough and wheeze. I have 2 medical respiratory conditions called Tracheobronchomalacia (TBM) and Excessive dynamic airway collapse (EDAC) which cause spontaneous airway collapse. Scents can trigger that too. I do use the regular shampoo and conditioner just fine and love it. I will stick with what works best for me.

The shape is cute ☺️ They lather well for bar soap They last longer than expect Not drying/gentle (hands) Natural Ingredients Doesn’t irritate / Sensitive Leaves my hair soft & smooth & smelling great for a LONG time Does not leave the top of my hair oily/not heavy Only thing it - it’s not a super strong conditioner, so feels VERY clean when wet after washing and is NOT detangling. I likes to pair with a light & natural leave-in conditioning & detangling spray sometimes. Otherwise I let air dry then carefully brush and my hair is curly and healthy and not super frizzy ☺️🫶
