Has room for 12 pairs of shoes (adult size)- there is NO way it holds 15 pairs. The angle of the rods makes my sneakers slide off. If you want a cheap SHOE rack (male dress shoes will a heel that "sticks out" for lack of a better term- to grab a hold of the rod), then it will work. However for sneakers (flat bottom, no protruding heel), it is not worth the money. Going back for a refund! Post Edit- I only recommended this because if you are looking for a cheap SHOE rack (shoes with a dedicated heel to prevent the shoe from sliding off), then it is worth the money- simply from an organizational and room saving standpoint.
I attempted to put this together but the sides being plastic made the item very cheap feeling. The metal bars refused to go into the slots and kept falling apart every time I tried to set it up. I would not recommend this item.
I should have read the reviews. The statements are correct. You need a hammer to assemble and it’s still not sturdy. I would recommend light weight shoes only. Shoes slide off if they don’t have a heal. I have gym shoes and Sandals that won’t stay on. I’m using it, but it’s frustrating because once you remove a pair of shoes, others slide off too. Not the best solution to my shoe organization problem.

This was a hunk of junk. It looked like it was returned it had a lot of black marks on the plastic which looked like when customer ordered it and tried to put together the rods scraped the sides, the rods were bent it was dirty, and dusty. Horrible purchase. I took it back to the store and I hope it gets thrown away and doesn't end up at someone's house. Did not even want to give it one star but there is nothing lower.
It is NOT all metal. The sides are plastic. Instructions are poor. some Shoes slide off, i guess they assume all shoes are high heels. Wobbly. Holds a dozen pairs. Can only put tall shoes on top. I paid $10 and it was too much.
