Q: Is this mug lead free?

A: There is no indication whatsoever that it contains lead. In California, there's always a Prop65 warning attached to any product that contains a toxic substance. I checked the mug & there's no sticker.

A: The sticker on the bottom says made in China. However, it is fine bone China.

Q: I love the mug reminds me of home. I'm confused is it dishwasher safe?? I ask because in the details it's says the mug is dishwasher washer safe but the spec's day the opposite.
