I have relied on these bars as my go-to breakfast snack (a few each morning) for a very long time. they are not terribly sweet which is perfect for my stomach :) i also had a broken tooth for years and it got to the point these were one of the few sweets which didn't cause immense pain. i have gotten a root canal and crown since so they are back as my daily work breakfast treat!! i pair them with the date&nut bars and am quite a happy camper ~♡

This bar was a pleasant surprise. The texture was not dry and was chewy. I can taste the chocolate chips and the sweetness was not overbearing. One bar was a good enough snack to last me until dinner during lunch. I will purchase these again!

While I appreciate the low calories just adding “vegetable extracts” isn’t enough for me to consider this snack good for me when it follows sugary syrups and sunflower oil. Too small a bar to put a dent in my hunger and actually too sweet as well. I think I can do better with a richer in protein based treat.
