It works, but man is it oily feeling. Maybe I’m just not used to make up remover, but this stuff feels like straight oil on your eyes. I’ve used it with q-tips to help straighten my eye liner as well as to completely remove left over mascara under my eyes after getting out of the shower. Definitely works and does it’s job, just very oily. Have to “wipe it off” after you use it.

I recently started experiencing a burning, itchy rash around my eyes and my eyelashes have been falling out. I finally just realized this all started after I began using Targets Up & Up oil free eye makeup remover. I should have looked at the reviews before buying it. It’s terrible, this product should not be on shelves especially after seeing all of the horrible reviews. Definitely don’t buy it!
