Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen. Tilapia needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not microwave. Oven: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray rimmed baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Arrange frozen fillets at least 2 inches apart on prepared pan. 3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until fish is fully cooked and flakes easily with fork. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Keep package for reference.
