If I had been able to view this item in the store, I would not have purchased it. Very poor quality and unstable. While they do include a kit to anchor the unit to the wall, one would think an item like this would be able to stand independently. The assembly was time consuming and the directions are more difficult than necessary. The shelves are also smaller than I had imagined. The rattan baskets are nothing more than a rattan square with a drop-in bottom held in by 4 little metal wires. A little overpriced for something so poorly engineer... see moreof BigL's review
