I love this bench. You can do so many different exercises using this bench. You can have the back pad lay flat, have it in a decline position or have it in an incline position. This bench does exactly what I need it to do, nothing more nothing less. It took my dad and I about 45 minutes to an hour trying to set it up as the directions that come with it are not that great, but we got it done. I purchased this bench to use with the Masters hammer and chisel DVDs. So far, it does exactly what I needed to do. It adjusts to several different positions, very easily and quickly. For ~$50 it's an ok product but it depends on what you are going to use it for. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. The price is great! This bench is perfect for small spaces, and folds up for ease of storage. I am very happy with my purchase and will be using this a lot.
