The resistance knob would not move. My friend and I tried to adjust it, but it just would not move. There is no resistance. We just gave it to my friend's 65 year old sister to help with her leg problem.
Used an identical one when i had Physical therapy after my first knee surgery. There is not a doubt that i will use it again following my next knee surgery. I also use it for upper strength. It's a multifaceted piece of workout equipment.
