My kids were so excited for this blanket. Sadly, we will not be keeping it. The blanket shed so much in the washer and dryer that I have emptied my lint trap 3 times and it is still shedding. It left clumps of shiny fibers on my laundry basket when I took it out of the dryer. It is such a cute blanket but I don’t think it is going to improve with another wash and I don’t want it to gum up my washing. It is leaving shiny blue fibers on everything. I am attaching a photo of all that came out of my lint trap.
