I got this book for myself first, and followed her recommendations and lost a lot of weight. I really recommend this book, because you will learn or be reminded of how much what's on our food and environment affects the body.

This book is excellent. I would recommend it to everyone. It breaks everything down to what you should and shouldn't eat and how and when to excercise.
