Place your Mattress Helper between the mattress and box spring in the area in which the mattress is currently soft or sagging. Q: I bought an expensive King mattress one year ago. As it has broken in the mattress is way too soft and my lower back is so sore. My mattress is very thick. Would this work?

A: No. This is for mattresses that have a sag or dip in the center from constant use. It will effectively push the center of the bed upwards to bring it back to be more level.

Q: I was wondering if this would work with my hospital bed. I’m in bed a lot n insurance doesn’t cover new mattress until 5 years r up. Is this something that will keep me comfortable in bed nice n firm versus sitting in a ditch..please advise...

A: Yes, the Mattress Helper will firm up and renew any mattress including a hospital bed because Mattress Helper bends and flexes in a way that moves with the mattress. When placed underneath the mattress, Mattress Helper will firm up and eliminate the sagging area for that newer mattress feel. Q: Will this work if you don't have a box spring but rather a slatted frame on which your mattress rests?

A: Mattress Helper works best on a flat functioning surface such as a box spring or platform. Place the Mattress Helper between the soft or sagging mattress & the flat surface for a firmer mattress in the area that needs it most.

A: We recommend that you place Mattress Helper side by side or where the sag or soft area appears in the mattress. This could also be where the edge of the mattress is too. We recommend 1 Mattress Helper per person.

Q: Will this fold up into a sofa bed? I am looking for added support that can stay in place under a sofa mattress and fold up without having to remove it and store under the cushions.

A: It depends on how deep the sag of the sofa mattress is. If it really dips and there is room for the Mattress Helper to stay there and still fold, it will be fine. Otherwise it is easy to pop in and out to use and store. Hope that helps.

Waited a week in a ventilated room to let the mattress helper off-gas, but it showed no signs of improvement so had to return without even trying it under my mattress. The company in asserted on a review on this site that nobody has ever returned it for smell, which is why I bought it to begin with.

OK, we purchased a BeautyRest in 2018 and the middle already sagged, really bad. I order ONE and should have ordered TWO. Becuase it's sorta thick that it needs to be even with two. No more sag in the middle.

We bought 2 of these to put under the cushions of our couch. We just put them under today they seem to do what we wanted. They cannot be seen but there is a big difference we no longer sinkin way down like before. Can't say if they are durable only time will tell, but for now they are giving our sad couch new life.

If you are looking to save your sagging matress then this is a good way to do it. I read reviews about new mattresses sagging shortly after purchase so thought I would try this product instead of a new mattress. Works well to bring matress back to life but did make it firmer so we are getting use to that. Overall product does exactly what it says it does and we are happy to spend $150 ( 2 for king matress) instead of $1000-$1500 on a new mattress.

I actually bought this for my couch which is oversized. The 31x50 left about 6” open on either side of the cushions but you don’t notice. My slipcover hides the thickness that peeks out from under the cushions. The springs in the middle of the couch were shot and it sagged real bad. After adding this my couch feels brand new and no sagging! I am very pleased with the results!! I am sure it would work the same under a mattress. I highly recommend.
