Description

5-in-1 Strolling System

The Zelia² stroller is lightweight and stylish, and its 5 modes of use deliver the utmost in comfort. Baby will rest soundly as the carriage mode fully reclines. As baby grows, carriage mode switches easily to a toddler seat. Both the carriage and stroller seat modes are parent- or world facing.

New and Improved

The stroller’s recline adjuster is now located at the top of the seat with a lift lever to easily adjust the seat angle. To close the seat – press a button, lift and fold. Then there’s the narrower frame that allows for enhanced mobility, all while creating a larger seat for more space as your child grows.

Everyday Comfort

The expanding canopy and flip-out visor protect baby from sunlight, and the peek-a-boo window lets you stay connected. There’s plenty of storage for personal items and accessories in the spacious basket. The moveable handle raises or lowers to the best height. Once you and baby have finished your stroll, it folds effortlessly and stands upright.

Safety, Comfort, and Style

Baby will enjoy riding in the Mico 30 infant car seat, featuring superior comfort and safety from 5 to 30 pounds. It’s one of the lightest infant car seats, and easy for parents to carry with a contoured handle. The Cozi-Dozi™ head insert provides extra support for infants. Its expandable canopy with flip-out visor offers maximum UV protection. The seat pad removes easily and goes in the washer and dryer for a quick clean. It also includes an adjustable base with LATCH for a better fit in your car.

I would not recommend to anyone! I regret this purchase and wish I went with a more affordable stroller system that was less troublesome. I used Graco 4-1 for my first baby and I should have stuck with my gut because I would have spent the same amount for a better quality stroller system. First off it's really hard to adjust baby to the stroller with the add on stick ins. As your baby gets heavier by the months it's straining on your hands and back to get the baby who's run the car seat clipped to the actual stroller. Especially if they are already fats asleep and you have to get out the car to the store! Also the wheels lock up on you which I've read from other customers with the same issue. So you have to find the unlock button behind the wheel to unlock every time! When your baby gets close to hitting 1 or atleast my baby is now 9 months and over 30 lbs and now it's like a science experiment trying to figure out how to get her out the car seat and to the stroller/bassinet. It's ridiculous step by step process lead me to call customer care and now I'm waiting on instructions to be emailed to me! This is such a pain! I've never had this trouble with Greco with my son who is now 7 and used it from infant to toddler stage! I wish I knew what I was getting myself into and went with a different brand! The only pros the wheels are pretty durable and carseat pretty good cushioned (con: no recline) & has a bassinet when baby is sleepy. I see that the Maxi Cosi has the Pria model which looks good for someone looking for a grow with baby stroller system! If I could trade it that would be my option right there.

We love this stroller. It has a clean aesthetic, opting for a simple design vs. many other travel systems that have bright or bold colors. One of the biggest things to us were, of course, safety which Maxi Cosi has a wonderful reputation of being safe for our little ones. The car seat has great padding, making it super comfortable for my youngest and is easy enough to get closed that my oldest can help with buckling. The base was easily installed in the car with just a couple clicks. It can be a little difficult getting the car seat on and off of the stroller and the adapters aren't terribly easy to put in but after a few times, we got the hang of it. The difficulty in putting the car seat on and off the stroller is probably my biggest con of this system. One huge plus to the car seat is the shape of the handle which is much easier to grip and carry than our former travel systems and many we tried. The bassinet carrier seems a little less sturdy than other strollers we tested but still held up well with our child in it. Like most strollers, you can turn the seat to face you or the world, which is nice when you have a child that wants to see what's going on. The canopy is great, it's long and covers our baby so well, longer than many similar ones we tested. The cup holder is not sturdy, but that is on par with many travel systems so while not great, doesn't differentiate this stroller from others. Overall, we are very happy with our Maxi Cosi Zelia Travel System. It fits our needs, includes our wants and matches our style.

Would not buy this product again. the wheels get stuck and the stroller feels like it will fall apart. When you attach the car seat on the stroller it feels as if the car seat is going to come off. It shakes so much and feels extremely unsafe. So disappointed

Wheels are the worst thing about this thing !!!! It's so annoying. You can't do anything when they lock up & it goes forward EVERYTIME they lock up. Almost $500 stroller just so the wheels can lock up. Go with another brand. And something probably cheaper would be way better then this.

I overall love the look, design, and color of this travel system. This is what I have to say about the product. For the car seat, it was too narrow for my baby when she was still 5-11 pounds (there's no insert included) I figured my baby was atleast 14 pounds when she fit snuggly in it. For the bassinet, It's the best! I like everything about it. Very functional and comfortable for baby. Plus it's very photogenic whenever we take photos while we stroll around. Given the chance to choose another Maxi Cosi product, I would choose the newer version of the Zelia because i'm sure the improvements on that one makes an even better travel system of this already very good model.

Loved it with my first born! But it does not grow with the family. I've looked everywhere to find adapters to either add on or to use on another stroller and no luck. Wish I would have purchased the Lila instead. But of course at the time I wasn't thinking about baby #2.

Loved the bassinet and the fact you don't need multiple adapters to use them. Unfortunately the frame of the stroller broke within a year. Wheels stopped turning and just locked. Also, the infant car seat is incredibly hot and narrow and our baby did not enjoy it for too long.

move on to a better set maybe even cheaper more expensive isn't always better in this case

this set is difficult to just snap baby in first I have to do one side then the other, I struggle and he's only 2 months now. now to unclip from stroller that's a whole other issue. I really love the color but I also hate that when you fold the carseat to put away the handles that we push baby with are always touching the ground like smh COVID.i went with a more expensive stroller set but I find myself struggling more with an expensive set than a cheaper one. Like maxicosi wanted to be unique with this set but no I didn't like it I will be returning it

This is the first stroller that I have used for my baby girl who was born in September. I can honestly say I fell in love with it and the car seat too! My husband assembled everything quickly and without hassle which was huge because we have a newborn. It was very easy to put together and surprisingly very light weight. The instructions were very clear and straightforward with images. I was also really happy with the fact that the stroller has the bassinet option and car seat option as well. Plus I love that the seat adjusts to grow with her. The fabric is so comfy and it makes me happy knowing my baby will love being in her stroller. Also I really like the fact that the bassinet has straps to keep her secure while inside. The car seat is light weight and easy to carry. And it also was really easy to install. Overall both were exactly what we wanted in a stroller and car seat and we couldn't be happier!

Has to be the worst stroller I have ever used. The wheels lock up constantly and is impossible to navigate because of the locking. Not only is this uncomfortable but is a safety issue. I have been using this stroller for about 5 months and it gets worse every time I use it. I have written to Maxi-Cosi and Have not received a response. Terrible product with no costumer service.

Disappointed

Try it you may love it, or regret it - 1 year ago
originally posted on http://www.maxi-cosi.com/us-en/
As a first time parent it was so difficult trying to figure out what car seat, and stroller is best for our baby. I decided to choose this stroller because it had great reviews and it looked like a lux stroller for half the price. I wanted to love this stroller so bad but uncomfortable it disappointed me in so many way. I'm getting rid of it definitely will not be using it for our next child. The material of the car seat isn't the best. I constantly have to be removing lint balls from our babies blankets from it. After the first wash it already looked faded. Then there's the maneuvering. It's the worst! Our wheels are constantly getting stuck it's definitely not a smooth ride. Finally, my other con is the plastic they used on the clickers on this stroller. I constantly have trouble pushing down on the buttons to release the handle of the car seat. They constantly get stuck! Finally, the switching between the car seat and stroller is a pain. Don't forget the adapters because of you do and you're only carrying the car seat you're doomed. I guess all I can say is try it out if you'd like. You may end up regretting it like me.

PLEASE save your money! This stroller has driven my husband and I crazy. Our baby is only 4 months and we have already donated it and invested in a new stroller. The main problem are the WHEELS! Oh man where do I begin?? Not only do they get stuck and not turn properly but it also can be extremely embarrassing when you can't get your stroller to move forward. By the looks of the reviews I guess we aren't the only ones who have had this problem and it's pretty sad being that it's not the most affordable. Performs like a $50 stroller and should get recalled ASAP.

Great infant car seat with a versatile stroller

4 out of 5 stars
Lindsay J. - 1 year ago
This reviewer received a free sample of this item
I need to break this review down into two parts: - First, the car seat. It weighs in at just under 9 lbs (8.7) which makes such a big difference when carrying a baby in it! It fits up to 32" and/or 30 lbs. which seems standard for infant car seats. It was easy to install - both the base and using the seatbelt (if traveling or not in your primary vehicle). Compared to another infant seat brand I've used, I found it comparable. - Next, the stroller. I wanted to love this but it was just okay. My biggest complaint is the ease, or lack thereof, of closing the stroller. It was a lot of work. I really liked the different set up options. I could use it in a bassinet type of mode, without needing a separate bassinet. I could also use it with the car seat itself or as a stand-alone stroller, forward or rear facing. The sunshade went down a good amount which was very helpful during the summer months (when I got it). Other features I liked: the adjustable handle to fit both my husband and I, the cup holder (so I didn't need to buy another!), and, of course, the under carriage storage which I felt was spacious!
