Worst eyeliner ever. It easy smudged and transfers all over the eye area... I've been doing eye makeup for 20 years and this has been the worst eyeliner I have ever used.

Used this product just out of the packaging, brand new. It was already very dry and difficult to apply. When going over product already applied, it would remove the eyeliner already laid down. Waste of money.

Love this eyeliner but the cap has been falling off the last two I purchased. The first time I figured it was my mistake, the second time I reached out to Maybelline to report the issue. I think the reason it’s drying out quickly for so many people is that the cap is defective.

I’ve used this eyeliner for years but lately the liner cap has been defective—it falls off and doesn’t secure properly so the liner dries out within a day or two of opening. I’m so disappointed because it was my go-to!

I have been a loyal customer and have used this eyeliner daily for years. I’m the last few months I have gone through so many pen’s because the cap keeps coming off and my eyeliner is ruined! It is completely dried out and unusable. Please fix the cap!!

Unlike the Revlon Colorstay eyeliner, this eyeliner won't even last an hour. I work in a warm atmosphere and am prone to sweat or just moisture, and I got the nasty eye-corner smudges within an hour of application.

I love the eyeliner. It's perfect for my needs. But the cap needs some work. I took it on my last trip with the rest of my makeup. It did NOT travel well. The CAP came off in my luggage & the liner dried up. I only got to use it twice!!! Ugh. NOT HAPPY!

The eyeliner worked great for the first two weeks. My initial use was great. The pen applied the formula with the right amount of coverage for the first application. The tip design allowed for control of the eyeline thickness. How ever I went to use it again and had found that it had dried out even though the cap was still on. There is clearly still formula inside as none of it had spilled yet the tip itself was dried out. Very disappointing to get a product that should last and only getting a 4-5 uses out of it. The dried out tip can’t even be fixed at this point

I LOVE this eyeliner. It's perfect EXCEPT I throw it in my makeup bag and the lid ALWAYS falls off and it dries out. The lid needs to go on more secure. I'm on my fifth one and it never fails
