Step 1. Apply this non-clumping mascara from your outer to inner lash with smooth strokes. Step 2. Keep building volume as desired. Step 3. Allow the mascara to dry. To Remove: Splash the eye area with warm water and softly massage to remove or apply makeup remover to a cotton square to lift off the eye area.

Love this mascara! This is the first mascara I've been able to use in the last 10 years that doesn't irritate my eyes. No clumping. I also like that it is easy to remove, so that I don't have to be concerned about causing my lashes to break or fall out when removing it.

Looks good on as long as you don't layer it too much. It clumps very easily and never seems to fully dry, always stays sticky. When it's time to take it off it doesn't dissolve with makeup remover at all, it just clumps and sticks all over your face and is really hard to get off.

I'm on a quest to find "the" tubing mascara, but this is not it. As another reviewer pointed out, this mascara does not transfer well onto your eyelashes. I've tried applying more than 2 coats and the eyelashes become clumpy even though the mascara is brand new. It does not hold my eyelashes up and it's very flaky.

I fell in love with thrive mascara but refused to pay such high prices, the search is over, I will continue to purchase this. By the end of the day my lashes still looked great. Removal was so easy, even though it is waterproof.

I seriously thought my mascara days were over or that I’d have to accept that if I were to wear even a tiny bit of mascara that I’d get styes. NOPE. Enter Maybelline’s snapscara!!! I’ve been using this mascara for a month now without any styes!! On top of that, I wore this mascara to Disney land for 5 days in near 100 degree weather. The mascara did NOT flake or smudge. Wherever I’d get moisture on my face, including crying, my lashes did not run or get sticky. They stayed looking fresh the entire time. It truly is water proof! However, use warm water and gently wash your eyes and it comes right off without any smearing or residue left behind. It’s hands down the easiest mascara to wash off ever. I think this has been key to preventing my styes. It does have a bit of a learning curve to it as it’s not like traditional mascara. It’s best to not layer or disturb it once it dries. I will use this mascara for as long as it’s being made. Please never discontinue it maybelline!!!

I’ve used this waterproof mascara for a couple of years and I’ve really liked it, but I’ve started to notice within the last 6 months or so that if I wear it for more than a few hours my eyes become very irritated, red, and itchy. I’ve decided to switch to a cleaner option to avoid this.

Not sure what the hate is about, I decided to trythis, because I was sick and tired of getting mascara all over my under eyes at the end of a long day. This mascara came off so easily, it didn't seem to rub off on my concealer, and it really did a wonderful job separating and extending my lashes. This is my new favorite mascara!

I love the formula of this mascara. It is smooth and creamy, and makes my lashes look dark and full. It doesn't dry them out like some mascaras I've used, and even seems to condition them a bit. I haven't had any problems with flaking or smudging, and it comes off easily with my night-time cleanser. Highly recommend!
