I used to buy fresh sage for thanksgiving cooking but I used it only some and threw away left over. And in the season of thanksgiving, usually it is hard to find fresh sage. So it is a good alternative. One thing I don't like is that it fills up only 3/4 of the package and I feel it is little pricy.
