Trying to debate if I should return this item. It smells horribly and the grey paint they used on these baskets is falling off. I’m not sure it’s safe for my pets or small children.

Love these baskets! Larger than expected. Smallest is perfect for my Christmas cactus, and the other two are just right for corralling blankets and throws.

Whatever they painted them with leaves a dusty crusty layer on the basket and the handles are painted so badly that it literally looks like grey mold on them. I’m giving 2 stars because the baskets are cute. If I would have ordered the u painted set I would have kept them. Returning them ASAP!!☹️

I use these for multiple items around the house. My favorite is one for my houseplant and one for my morning basket that keeps all my daily items. They do shed some, but that is with any natural material like this.

These smelled terrible despite leaving them to air out for 48 hours. More troublesome was the fact that they gave off a dust. Touching them, placing them on the ground, anything caused them to shed whatever was used to turn them gray. Had to return.

Nice looking set of neutral-toned baskets. Perfect combination of sizes. These come sealed in a bag and have a very strong odor. It’s been about two weeks and I am still trying to air them out.
