I found this underwhelming. The description didn't leave me with high expectations but figured I'd take a chance since it's for Black skin. This didn't do anything to irritate my skin or make it worse, but it also didn't do anything to make it better. I've had clearer skin using other cleaners in my routine. Also, the reviews are right when they say it's a strong smell. Kinda gives off cologne or aftershave vibes. Will not be repurchasing.

I’m a Brown skin girl with sensitive skin and this is a WINNER. I’ve been using it since May 2021 and have restocked twice since. I like that other people have noted you only need to use a small amount because it goes a long way. I tend to use a bit more to feel luxurious every time I wash my face… ha! It’s cleansing and hydrating and works perfectly with the other skincare products I use. The scent is noticeable although it doesn’t bother me. A total win!

Love the product but dislike the packaging. The product cleanses nicely without drying out my skin. The packaging has a screw-on lid which is difficult to reattach after you’ve dispensed product into your hand, and impossible to do without spilling product and making a mess. Why no flip-top lid???

I also did not like the consistency of the gel, it was a bit thick and to me it felt almost sticky. As far as cleansing, my face did feel hydrated after use but I did not like the smell of it.

Can be used in the morning and at night. It is a nice thick gel that foams up with water. Has a mild scent nothing strong. A little bit goes a long way. Really like that it’s designed for melanin-rich skin. Love that it’s a mild cleanser but my skin still feels very clean and not dry after using it. Overall a great cleanser.
