We bought this for my five year old's birthday. She's having a great time using it to solve simple addition and subtraction problems. My two year old loves just sliding the beads around. It is much sturdier than others I looked at when we were shopping.see moreof the reviewer's review

I liked this Abacus over all others offered on the Internet because, first it is of wood and secondly built very solid. It won't tip over easily when my little grand daughter plays with it. She is too young too count but likes to push the little colored balls back and forth. I recommend this Abacus.

I grew up with one. These are hard to find today unless it is online or in a flea market/yard sale. I was impressed with this product in whole. Nice size for sure.see moreof the reviewer's review
