I bought these for me after surgery, then gave them to my son! I’m 5’4” 140 wear size 8 jeans and bought a SMALL. They were nice and easy on and off. My 25yo son is 6’ and about 140. They were a little short on him for his liking but shorter style is in now. He said they’re nice and comfy. He liked the thickness and drawstring I’d needed to the comfy elastic waistband
